At Tomahawk Outpost, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and great service. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
- Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are exempt from returns, including:
- Perishable goods or consumables.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Clearance or final-sale items.

How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at store@tomahawkoutpost.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at store@tomahawkoutpost.com.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take time for the refund to process.
